'I attended the 2016 Operator Training Workshop and was blown away by the quality of the presenters. Every Presenter had excellent informative presentations that could be taken back to each facility that I work for. ICI put on a very well organized Workshop, which also included a Trade Fair, Food and Facilities, and handouts.

I recommend this to all who do any work in the Water and Waste Water Industry.'

'I had a great experience at the Operator Training Workshop 2016.

I’ve gained new connections/ resources’ which will help me keep outside businesses competitive with prices. I truly would recommend this Workshop to new/upcoming Water and Wastewater Operators.'

Kelly Quon, Water Operations

Xats'ull First Nations

'The technical presentations were well done by industry leading presenters for “operators” and the trade show allowed the operators to review equipment /applications with the presenters. This seminar facilitated the open communication between operations, maintenance, designers, regulatory, and suppliers. Well done organizing these needed topics in to a 2 day seminar!'
